Innovation in Private Practice

Our hope for you is to create a private practice that provides stellar outcomes for clients and increases accessibility to good mental health care. It takes innovation and creativity as well as attunement to provide services that are uniquely your own. It is NECESSARY if we want to reduce stigma, help people heal and shift their family trees and change the story for not only themselves but for their generation and communities.

It's something we try to mirror in our work. There are many ways to make an impact and with Business School Bootcamp we created a program that is uniquely our own, we track outcomes, we constantly seek to innovate and transform, not following standards of what has been done before but instead raising the standards - for what is means to do this work personally and for how this work impacts our clients.

Every time we do what we know is right for us, there is usually some push back of "why would you do that? that seems so hard? wouldn't it be easier if....?"

We want to see our students succeed and we want to help them in a way that is energizing for us, not depleting.

Take a look at what you are creating in your practice. Are you clear that it is your highest and best? Does it contribute to the field in a positive way (especially if you have employees)? Does it give you a good income, energy and inspiration? Do you see change in your clients?

A business plan the foundation, but it is so much more meaningful than a piece of paper. It is all the parts of a system coming together to serve others and sustain ourselves. It's an amazing thing we believe will change what mental health care looks like in our communities, how it reduces stigma and how it gives back to the ongoing transformation of this field.
