Conquering Your Fears of the Subpoena Process with Nicol

Nicol works as an LCSW, a subject matter expert, and an expert witness in the United States.

Most therapists don't feel comfortable talking about subpoenas because there is so much anxiety attached. Nicol encourages us to embrace discomfort and take steps rather than let fear drive us. In this episode, she offers advice on avoiding common mistakes therapists make, how to prepare before getting a subpoena, and taking action if you receive a subpoena.

Learn even more about the subpoena process in zynnyme's FREE training, Master Your Private Practice Subpoena Process, on June 8, where Nicol will go into depth on creating your court policy and consent, and ensure that you are paid for your time if you do go to court.
