At the American Counseling Association (ACA) Conference, I was able to sit down with an amazing speaker, trainer, psychotherapist, and psychoanalyst from Russia. He was speaking about Positive Psychotherapy, not to be confused with Positive Psychology.  I was able to interview him about starting a psychotherapy private practice in Russia as a Psychiatrist.
